Dexterity increases the base ranged damage with weapons such as pistols, rifles and cannons.
Bonus Cap: +50%
There appears to be a second Dexterity stat (or possibly just a bug), as I have seen runes that, when I highlight them while Inserting, display a Bonus Cap of 90%. --joequincy 23:43, April 11, 2010 (UTC)
